Take The Missouri Fire Service Needs Survey

Posted on: 17 February 2017

The University of Missouri Fire and Rescue Training Institute (MU FRTI) is conducting a statewide survey to assess the training needs of Missouri’s fire service. The information obtained in this survey will assist MU FRTI in planning and developing training initiatives designed to meet identified training needs. The survey will be conducted online using a web-based survey tool called Survey Monkey. You will be able to access the survey using the link provided below.

As you move through each page of the survey, your answers will be saved from the previous page. Once you have submitted the survey (by selecting the final "Done" button on the last page), you will not be able to reenter to change your answers. If you need to change any data you supply in the survey after you have submitted, please email frti@missouri.edu (be sure to include "2017 Survey" in the subject) and either provide corrected answers, or simply ask to be contacted to amend your responses.
