After spending five years in Jacksonville, Fla, Karen returned to Mid-Missouri and started with the Fire and Rescue Training Institute on July 7, 2003. Some of her daily duties and responsibilities are routing incoming telephone calls, class enrollment registrations, printing certificates, and processing transcript requests.
